Above Ground & Underground Storage Tanks
Must be drained with a 6" hole, no liquids or sludge, and no combustible vapors

Closed Top Drums
No liquids, top removed or drum crushed

Aerosol Cans
Must be empty

Compressed Gas Cylinders
Must be devalued and cut in half

Appliances
Must have doors removed
Must have fluid filled capacitors removed
Must have CFCs removed
Containers with free flowing liquids

Gas Tanks
Must have visible 8"x8" hole and be dry

Barrels, drums, pails and buckets
Must be triple rinsed, dried and lid removed

Open Top Drums
Must be free of liquids or sludge

Tanks
Larger than 100 gal. must have 3 ft. hole

Batteries
Lead acid, no damage or cracks
Only accepted at non-ferrous scale

Transformers
Must be drained and have a letter verifying no PCBs

Turnings, Borings, Motor Blocks & Oily Scrap
Only accepted when unloaded directly into designated area
